You may know me as the Soulful DJ from Soul Thursdays — a weekly live experience where culture, community wellness, and conversation meet every Thursday at 8 PM ET.
I am also the founder of Manhood Academy, creator of the 31 Flavors Identity Framework, and the author of a memoir in progress called Audacity.
My core message is simple:
